Swimmer Expectations

• Be respectful of your coaches and your helpers.
• Listen and follow all instructions.
• Ask questions if you do not understand something. We are here to learn!
• Follow general pool rules (ex. No running, no fighting and being respectful of pool/team equipment)

Swim Family Expectations

• Due to NWAL insurance policy protocol NO parents will be allowed on deck during practice. (If you have a question for a coach send an email/text after practice.)
• If your child is 8 or under they must have a parent or older sibling pick them up at the gate. (No direct release into the parking lot.)
• RSVP for meets by Wednesday at 1PM.
• Sign up for volunteer jobs by Friday at 1PM.
• Give 24 hours for email responses
  • If it’s urgent, do not send an email, call or text a coach.
